• At the end of skincare routine, apply 3-5 drops to fingertips and gently massage into skin.
• Add 1-3 drops to your daily cream moisturizer for an added boost.

Body

• Apply as many drops as needed to damp skin after shower.
• Add a few drops to body cream for a boost of moisturization.

Hair

• Apply a couple of drops to your hands and lightly run through damp, just washed hair.
• Add a couple of drops to conditioner for a nourishing boost.
• Apply a couple of drops to hands and massage into scalp, use leftover oil on hands to run through hair. Cover with a towel or a shower cap and let sit overnight. Rinse out with clarifying shampoo in the morning
